Really good Stay and Great Amenities

excellent service birthday gift round clock gym

Fabio greeted me with excellent service. He even gave me a box of chocolate as he noticed my birthday. A welcome bottle of Cava was a lovely touch. The hotel had a super gym with new equipment and its open around the clock.

The WiFi was spotty .

helpful staff clean shower

the reception staff were helpful. the hotel had a gym. i appreciated the hotel was very clean. i found the shower wonderful.

the room had a weird setup. i had to go up stairs then down two sets of stairs to reach the room. there were no windows except those overlooking a small terrace inside the hotel. the terrace had no outside view.

The location allowed easy access to public transportation. Many attractions were within walking distance, a great benefit. The hotel provided complimentary coffee, tea, and muffins all day, which I found good. Staff members were friendly and helpful, especially with directions.

The hotel is near the city center and close to the Arc de Triomf. I could easily walk to Park Ciutadella, cafes, and supermarkets! The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood.

free cava great location

the room was spacious and clean the location was great near key sites. staff was very helpful i received a complimentary bottle of cava.

the room had no outside view except a small terrace within the hotel's interior.
